The Australian National University is arguably the world’s leading academic institution for the study of Indonesia, outside of Indonesia itself. It has a long history of producing leading research on Indonesia’s society, economy and politics. ANU is home to a large community of staff and students who work on Indonesia across multiple disciplines.

Become a member or affiliate

If you are interested in Indonesia research, studies and/or language we encourage you to become a member (ANU staff or student) or affiliate (non-ANU person) of the ANU Indonesia Institute.

Just fill in your details in the online application form below. You will need to provide a short bio, a headshot (400w x 600h pixels) and contact details.

Profiles of members and affiliates are displayed on our website, to enable research partners and other parties to find you easily, and to facilitate collaboration and networking.
